OneProblem Tools sells downloadable digital products. Because digital files can be accessed immediately, refund treatment can differ from physical goods.
Before buying
Use the free starter where available and review the product page, format and description before checkout.
Refund requests
If you have a genuine purchase, access or file problem, contact hello@oneproblemtools.store with the product name and the email used for the order. Do not send payment-card details.
Any refund eligibility is subject to the checkout terms shown at purchase and any mandatory consumer-law rights that apply to the transaction.
Technical issues
Where possible, we will first try to resolve corrupted downloads, access problems or material file defects by providing working access or a corrected file.
